Safeguard Your Performance with Precision Screening and Prevention
Program Components
At your appointment you’ll move through a series of tests designed to paint a complete picture of your cardiovascular fitness and physiology
-
We run a panel of targeted blood tests designed to spot early cardiometabolic risks that often go unnoticed. It’s quick, evidence-driven, and zero fluff, just the markers that matter for endurance, recovery, and long-term heart health.
These results help our clinicians build a clearer picture of how your heart and body are performing under load, and give you practical insights you can act on straight away.
-
Key body metrics such as height, weight, body composition, resting blood pressure and heart rate give essential context to your cardiac data and help assess overall cardiovascular strain.
Additional anthropometrics like waist-to-hip ratio further refine your risk profile and inform personalized health strategies.
-
A resting ECG captures your heart’s electrical activity while you’re seated at ease, providing baseline insights into rhythm, conduction and any silent abnormalities.
Under graded exercise, a stress ECG then reveals how your heart copes with increasing workload, uncovering exercise-induced arrhythmias or ischemic changes that might not appear at rest.
-
A focussed echocardiogram uses ultrasound to visualise your heart’s structure and function: measuring chamber sizes, wall motion and valve performance when you’re relaxed.
During exercise, the stress echocardiogram shows in real time how those same structures adapt under load, spotlighting stress-related changes in contractility or blood flow.
-
Using a validated submaximal protocol, we calculate your maximal oxygen uptake from your heart-rate response and workload, delivering a reliable aerobic fitness benchmark without a breathing mask.
This non-invasive screen correlates strongly with direct measures and provides an actionable snapshot of aerobic fitness for training zones, progress tracking and empowering you to train smarter, monitor progress reliably, with a better understanding your cardiovascular health.

Preparation
Before you ever step into the clinic, we get to know you. You’ll complete a concise online health questionnaire covering training history, family and medical background, lifestyle factors, and any symptoms you’ve noticed.
Alongside this, detailed pathology forms guide your blood tests, ensuring we capture key biomarkers like lipids, glucose, and inflammation markers. All forms are digital and auto-save as you go, so you can finish at your pace and submit in minutes.

Your Assessment
At your appointment you’ll move through a series of tests designed to paint a complete picture of your cardiovascular fitness and physiology:
Resting & Stress ECG: We monitor your heart’s electrical activity at rest and under graded exercise to spot any electrical or ischemic issues.
Focussed and Stress Echocardiogram: A high-resolution ultrasound scan visualises your heart’s structure and function, valves, chamber size, wall motion and more.
The focussed echocardiogram uses ultrasound to visualise your heart’s structure and function: measuring chamber sizes, wall motion and valve performance when you’re relaxed.
During exercise, the stress echocardiogram shows in real time how those same structures adapt under load, spotlighting stress-related changes in contractility or blood flow.
VO₂max Estimate: On a treadmill, we measure your maximal oxygen uptake to quantify aerobic fitness. This gold-standard metric gives you an objective benchmark of your endurance capacity.
Biometrics: We’ll capture key metrics to contextualise your cardiac data.
All tests are guided by our experienced sonographers and supervised by doctors, ensuring safety, clear instruction and real-time feedback throughout.

Results
With data from your questionnaire, pathology, resting and exercise screenings, biometrics and insight from our cardiologists, you’ll meet digitally with our senior doctors for a one-on-one review.
Post-Assessment Consultation & Strategy Session
Together you’ll walk through your own actionable snapshot of cardiovascular health and risks, lifestyle and familial risks as well as your aerobic fitness, empowering you to train smarter and monitor your risks and progress reliably.
Finally, you and your doctor will co-create actionable strategies, whether that’s tailored training adjustments, medical interventions, specialist referrals, or lifestyle recommendations - so you leave with both clarity and confidence to train smarter and stronger with a better understanding your cardiovascular health.
